  • Tenant Portal: Allows tenants access to pay rent via portal, view balance ledger, submit service requests, message management.
  • Government Housing/Section 8: We also specialize in Low- income housing also known as Section 8 housing.  Any home can qualify depending on the area.  We find you the tenants, submit the paperwork, setup inspections and government pays you direct every month. 



  Management Fees

  • Management Fee: 7% of gross rent for Homes, Condos, Townhomes.
  • Management Fee: 6% of gross rent for Two or More Units.
  • Management Fee: 6% of gross rent for commercial properties.
  • Finders Fee: $750 for Tenant Placement.
  • Eviction Fee: $250 plus Attorney Fees.
  • Inspection Fee: $75 Inspection Fee if Applicable
  • Contract: Month to Month- Cancel anytime with a 30 day notice.
  • No Hidden Fees
