Our rates are some of the most competitive rates in the industry! Locating a tenant if needed is 6% of the lease term (3% to the property manager (listing agent ) and 3% to the tenants agent). After the tenant is approved Preferred will manage your property for 6% of the monthly rent. We collect the rent from the tenant every month, subtract 6% fee from the monthly rent and send you your rent check for the remaining balance.
